1. Purpose

These Terms of Use (hereinafter the “Terms”) define the conditions under which users may access and use the Trackofus website (hereinafter the “Service”).

Trackofus is a virtual economy assistance tool intended for players of the DOFUS video game. It notably provides sales tracking, crushing simulations and Almanax bonus anticipation.

2. Access to the Service

Access to certain features of the Service requires the creation of a user account. Users agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep their password confidential.

The publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete a user account in case of a breach of these Terms or abusive use of the Service, for example excessive automated requests or hacking attempts.

3. Limitation of liability

Trackofus provides estimation and analysis tools based on mathematical and community data. Results such as profitability and crushing estimates are provided for information purposes only.

Under no circumstances shall Trackofus or its publisher be held liable for the loss of kamas or virtual items suffered by a user as a result of using the simulators or the data provided by the website. The in-game economy is constantly changing, and the user remains solely responsible for their in-game decisions.

The Service is provided “as is”. The publisher does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website or the total absence of bugs.

4. Intellectual property

Trackofus is not affiliated with Ankama Games. The terms “DOFUS”, “kamas” and the visuals of in-game items are the property of Ankama Games. Users agree not to use Trackofus for commercial purposes that would violate Ankama Games’ terms of use, including the sale of kamas for real-world money.

5. Changes to the Terms

The publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of substantial changes. Continued use of the Service after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
